Founded in 2018, we are a locally owned, full service property management, brokerage, and consulting company serving the greater Puget Sound region. We specialize in middle market multifamily and residential portfolios, and we combine institutional discipline with an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize net income and create lasting value for owners and residents alike.
Our Origin
We built the company we could not hire.
The founders of Starboard are property owners themselves. They searched for a management company worthy of their own portfolios and never found one, so in 2018 they built it.
The same people, procedures, and pricing they created for their own properties now serve their clients. Nothing is outsourced to a standard that we would not accept for our own assets.
