She has overseen portfolios of 3,000 or more units across Washington and Northern California, delivering year over year growth up to 24 percent and outperforming acquisition proformas by as much as 12 percent NOI.
As Senior Vice President at Edison47/Rush Development she oversaw acquisition due diligence, renovation management, and third-party contract acquisition, delivered 24 percent year-over-year growth in the Seattle market, and scaled a Northern California region from 208 to more than 2,000 units in two years.
Today she leads asset management for Starboard, guiding portfolio strategy, renovation scopes, capital projects, and lease up execution. A Washington State Designated Broker committed to developing the people behind the numbers.
