We utilize technology to reduce overhead without sacrificing service. Below is our simple and transparent pricing model. Other than the few services listed below, the Full Service Management fee includes everything listed on our Property Management Services Page.

Management
Between 6% and 9% of gross collected income, depending on your building size and other factors.

Leases
50% of the first month's rent (includes pet rent, parking, storage rent, etc.)
Lease
Renewals
$99 per resident.
New
Residents
Adding to an existing lease.
$99 per resident.
Property & Owner
On-Boarding
$199 per building plus $29 per resident. One-time fee.
Manage Insurance
Claims
$89 per claim.
